"I went back into education as a mature student and I always appreciated the opportunity, so I wanted to work in an education environment. I have different previous experience in sales, customer service and education. I wanted to join SILC Training to support young people on the journey of education and training in the building industry, as I had seen the difference it makes to some of the students I knew. SILC Training helps their students to gain confidence and skills for their future working life."
