At SILC Training we believe it is important to record all aspects of the student’s progression whilst they attend here. With this we create a step by step portfolio which is presented to the student on completion of the chosen course.  These portfolios include assessments based on the skills and knowledge they have learned on that specific course, a series of Health & Safety questions accompanied by an Achievement report, visual diary and certificates.

By presenting our students with their portfolio and completion certificates we hope to build their confidence and encourage them to gain a foothold for their future development in their chosen career path.
